Yeah, I could be talking about one thing - when actually I'm talking about another. I'm trying to stop the connections forming in my head, but you know, it's hard sometimes, when things that were supposed to happen, didn't... and then ads pop up out of nowhere...

It makes me want to just lie down and scream - WHAT DID I DO TO MAKE YOU BE SO VINDICTIVE TO ME...!!!

Boils down to me being very paranoid, Land. I saw the ad for Amity this morning - remembered that Mir had said that Linda kept on talking about Chapel Hill Daycare before Mir came home on Friday, and my mind just took those two things and made connections that weren't there... about people who keep blowing hot and cold about where they want to work.

I don't feel proud of myself to being so horribly suspicious about people. I should probably go and crawl back under my rock now.

Screaming the same thing, this time at the universe... all very well getting the job, but if you can't get the visa - what's the point.

Brenman basically said that because the minimum qualification requirement is /not/ a bachelor's degree, the visa would get denied. She said she's had two cases recently where daycare teachers visas have been denied and were denied again when they were appealed. I checked with another attorney and he seemed to agree with her.

So I phoned Pam and gave her Brenman's number, Pam's trying to play the accreditation card, and if that doesn't work, I have no clue what will happen.

So universe...
