Want that hour back!
Mar. 29th, 2004 01:12 pmIt's not so much that we're tired, we aren't really... just that it throws so much so far out of sync. So much doesn't match up any more.
The letter is posted.
We have to swing through the city to get a few things before we come home... but that's okay.
After easter we won't have the lift in to school any more, as the person that gives us a ride is moving house. It means we'll be on the bus... and it also means that, except maybe when there are staff meetings, we probably won't wait around for a ride home. It's a matter of loyalty - and of course having the pass as we will do, it makes more economical sense to get the bus both ways and get home at a more reasonable time than five thirty or six pm every night. Maybe if we hurry up and get our test we can borrow one of the parents' cars and drive ourself... there's a scary thought.
No more news I don't think.
