First of all I'd like to commend Cody for a sterling job with all of the typing.
Second of all I'd like to say AAAARRGHHHH!

Okay, gotten that off my chest, now what else to say?

My Uncle John died this morning. I haven't seen Mom yet so I don't know how she's taking it, but he /was/ very poorly. He has a CVA a long while ago, and has been living in a nursing home. Sunday night we had a phone call - well it was Monday morning actually, in the Wee small hours - to tell Mom that he was very sick. Either a chest infection or pneumonia, my money is on the second one. Mom went to see him on Monday and in her own words she "...gave him permission to go if he wanted..." I guess he wanted. People, some peope, just know when it's their time to go, I guess.

So here I sit, still sorting through the mess of things from last night... and trying not to worry too much about Mom.

Last night/was/ just ... wow. And Cody did such a wonderful job. He never lost his cool, unlike some of the rest of us. And if he did loose it, we didn't know. So ... *hugs* We're so very impressed.

Please, please, accept our deepest sympathies about your Uncle John. I know it is probably a relief as well, but, it does not ease the pain of loss. Our love to your mother, and to you as well.
