It's one of the Xindi episodes.. I get them all mixed up with their titles and scenes.. thinking one is in the other is in the other... but it's Phlox, to Trip. Trip answers telling him he found out the weapon had organic components... in the end T'Pol tells them they should test the weapon elsewhere... but they don't listen.. and trip has to push over someone and knock past a few others to get the thing to the transporter.
