This one's easy! I memorized The Voyage home when I was very young. :) They're walking and Gillian drives past them.. Kirk says "It's her, from the Institute. If we play our cards right, we may learn when those whales are really leaving." Spock replies with "How will playing cards help?" No one really answers him, but when Gillian backs the car to catch them, her line is "Well if it isn't Robin Hood and Friar Tuck..."

But I haven't seen the movie in ages, so I could be wrong. :)
