In Truth... Freedom: Act 4 - Review part 1

Lol, Alicia feels a bit of sympathy for Michael, while either earlier on, or a few days before, she was still having a panic attack… Poor confused girl. Go to Todd, he'll help you.

"To understand that," he answered darkly, "you must first understand the evolution of the Wraith."

Question is: did he tell her? And will we see a flashback where some stuff is revealed, or was it only for her ears, for now. But of course that could have been where the conversation ended.

**

Have I asked yet how long Hanna is a handmaiden? She's better trained, or more experienced in finding her way around the Hive, it seems. Alicia could never just go to the bridge like that.

The Hive Commander doesn't trust Todd? Why not? He's just an old soft sock, that boy. *Glomp*

That threat was probably not really smart. Toopid Michael.

**

Oh, we didn't see Todd visit Michael's old lab, yet… :P

**

Ah, Todd is finally wondering why the Queen wants Mikey back… Hmm. *Wonders what the full answer will be* Though perhaps that's something we'll find out along the way, with the end of it being at the end of the season? :)

Why had Wraith attempted to destroy those that had brought them life?

Perhaps an interesting sentence to remember.

He could not afford the distraction this concubine had become

She hasn't even *started* being a distraction, I think. Well, not that we know. I mean, nothing happened yet, right? You mentioned a slow build-up? *g* Where's that little human sense of needing to reward people for their good deeds? :P

(Yeah, yeah, I get that he thinks of her as a scientific distraction, but let me have my lil fantasy. :D)

Wow, earlier on (half way December) I uploaded the pictures of the girl from Tao Of Rodney, and Todd's one lucky dawg. :P Sasusc should definitely try to do something with that too, if she wants to, or with some other shots of her. :P

an exhaustive genetic analysis, which he could then compare with that of Wraith.

Why with that of Wraith? More work towards creating a protection from it, is he studying the effects of what that thing truly does with the Wraith DNA, or cells? Or something else? I don't think Alicia is a descendant from the Wraith, lol.

**

So nice of Michael to say that Vega did her best, but that Todd made a mess out of him again. Oh boy… While I like the first part of what he says, the second isn't as good. I hope Todd won't get spanked…

"I was a fool, my Queen," he said, gasping softly as he shivered under her touch, "who did not know his own heart."

*Pink*

Oh, really? I could have sworn he used that line on someone else, before… *g* And the Queen is buying it. For now. Now watch it go to hell.

"I deserve to suffer, my Queen," he told her sorrowfully, "for the wrong I have done to you."

Aka: feed on me, or connect with me, and you'll die, and it doesn't fit my plans right now?

"You know what it is I ask of you?" she said.

"I have always known," he said softly.

Er, am I missing the obvious, or what? *blushes*

Is it something to do with science, with play, or does she want to make a boat out of him? Or is it the becoming Wraith part again? Would being her mate for babies be announced like that?

Michael tensed. Whatever message the Hive Commander brought was ill timed. He had been moments from execution. All of his pain, his suffering and striving were pointless without it.

What? Was the HC moments from execution, or Michael? And why would getting himself, executed, should it be that option, be the point? Is he trying to have the Queen feed on him, or what, and that is referred to as the 'execution'? Is he there to get her killed?

diminutive, with brown hair, brown eyes…

Meaning that Teyla is small, or what? That, or she's puny… Silly dictionary.

She calls Teyla a 'pretender to her throne'? Ouch. Someone's gonna have to be very careful in the future. But luckily she knows…

Todd will help Alicia, yes, definitely...

I don't think that Michael told her very much about the Evolution of the Wraith, no... but you might get to see some of it in flashback eventually... through Michael and/or Todd's mind. A lot of it though, might not come up until season 6, when we get to meet 'Lilith'

**

You haven't asked that, no. Hanna has been a handmaiden for a long time now. She's kind of in Mila's league, as far as experience and things goes... though until very recently she'd avoided the physicality of it....

Nope, Hive Commander very much resents Todd's presence as a matter of fact. Now as much as he's going to resent someone else though.

Which threat was that? LOL

**

It's coming, never fear. The old lab will be revealed in all it's... glory.

**

Yes, the revealing of the full reason behind her wanting Michael back will take some time to come to light.

I'm sure it is a very interesting sentence to remember... how does it go 'hold that thought'?

LOL - oh, she's plenty much of a distraction, with her not being sure. LOL - I won't stop your fantasy though.

Todd had a sudden thought... wondered about something. Yes, essentially he's still searching for a cure/protection against the Hoffan protein, but... something else occured to him, suddenly, and he 'worried' about it. LOL Nope, Alicia is not descended from the Wraith, she doesn't even have the ATA gene.

**

Todd didn't get spanked - Michael did. But then... she threatened his beloved Qu-- Teyla.

*pink* Ah, but who's to say he wasn't /still/ using that line on that same person, just... you know... keeping that one in his mind while talking to this one? And of course the Queen is buying it. There are none as blind as those that only hear what they /want/ to hear.

AKA - yeah, pretty much.

The 'I have always known' comment was meant to be a little obscure. It'll get explained in later stories, don't worry. It's just his way of saying, "I'm not stupid, I was never stupid and you're as likely to get what you want now as you were then - as in, not at all."

One of those questions that you ask hits the nail on the head as far as the answer is concerned...

Ah, see, when I uploaded it. I added in a word or two, because I realised it could have been read like that.. (to mean that Michael was looking to get someone killed). It now reads execution of his plan So Michael was moments from seeing a part of his plan fulfilled, and the HC blew it for him - big time.

diminutive - meaning she's small (well smaller than these big assed Wraith anyway).

Yeah, someone is going to have to be very careful.... but she knows.

Oi, a dozen replies are waiting for me to make them...

Todd as Mr Helpful. Lol. Funny thing is, on a website I'm on, there's a Mr_Helpful there, someone I talk to, so that comment was sooooo funny for me! Awesome, really.

Season 6? Oh, that's where you put Lilith? Still so long? Urgh.

**

Lucky girl, to have been spared of that part of the service for that long, then. And now that she survived, she's at the top of her growth potential on the Hive, or what? So I wonder how long she'll manage still...

Lol @ him hating someone else even more. *g*

Which one indeed. :)

**

Glory? Hehe. Well, what else did you expect of Michael's lab... I wonder if he still has projects lying around there...

**

And if you can't hold that thought, because your mind is a sieve, write it down. :P

Poor Vega, if Todd's thoughts are like 'the chase is better than the catch', lol. Since she's only now a distraction. After that, he can work out all of his frustrations on her, but perhaps it won't matter who she is. Not that the boys are supposed to be thinking about the human, but of the Queen instead. Urgh.

Oh boy... We'll see what he's up to now, soon?

**

His Qu- Teyla, yes. I wonder if Teyla knows what exactly she's gonna get herself into, lol. There will be 'No Way Back'. Hey, wait, didn't you name the episode just that? *g*

Yup, that's about the only pink one, like I said, it's difficult reading it twice, you tend to forget what you wanted to say. I of course knew that he was thinking of Teyla, but that sentence was just so familiar, lol. Good to see he can get away with stuff like that, yes, and of course that Queen wants to be blinded by what the boys whisper in her ear, just to feel good about herself. Silly thing. So old, and yet so dumb on some points. Though not on many, probably.

So, is Michael himself poisonous to a Wraith, too? That the Queen didn't even think of that? Or she didn't appear to be thinking about it. Who really knows what goes on in her mind?

Ah, okay. That's what I thought. I hope my mind will make a nice flash to that scene when he next see it. Or that you of course put it in your 'previously on' or something. It would be a shame to lose track of such clues.

Hmm, should it be babies, *g*, what would happen to our poor Michael after that? He can at that point still serve as a boat, too, if she wishes it...

That's good, makes things a bit more clear.

Well, Michael isn't of the tallest either, so having a mate/Queen that's smaller still... Works for him. Easier to maneuver. *g*

The Queen has been rubbing things in nicely, so it's good to hear she'll be careful.

yes, and now it's my turn to have dozens of replies to make. That's okay... I can leave Ronon battling the effects of a Wraith stunner for a moment or three. *evil grin*

LOL - well I think I had someone call him 'Mr-Friendly-Wraith' in one of the episodes, so... It is awesome, yes.

Lilith is /at the moment/ slated for an appearence in Season 6, but of course now the Muse knows of her existance, there's no telling when she'll show up.

**

Hanna is lucky - she's a very good little Wraith Worshipper, yes.

I wonder if you can guess that someone else. :)

**

Yes, Glory... Michael's Lab was quite the place, back in the day.

**

Yep - writing it down works too.

Oh, I'm sure that Todd is just as happy with the catching as he is with the chase.

I know what he's up to... it ain't necessarily pretty.

**

I doubt she knows, nope. Funny you should mention that, yeah. I did name the episode just that. *g*

That's what making notes are for isn't it...?

If I told you whether Michael is poisonous to Wraith, I'd have to kill you. *g* The answer will come out in NWB... perhaps before if Todd gets busy with some stuff.

Gotta love flashbacks.

You know, female insects often eat the male after mating...

He's tall enough, says Teyla. LOL

Oh yeah, Ronon did do that... *g*

Go Muse, go Muse! Perhaps she can *re*visit in season 6? :P

**

I can indeed make a guess, but I'd be repeating that name yet again. Tell you what... *Points at icon* There.

**

And soon we'll be seeing it, lol. Wait, perhaps it's up already. *Goes to check* Yup, it is. *g* Now you'll be getting yet another comment! Aaand... done.

Edit: you've answered it by now. Haha.

**

So he likes chasing and catching? Oh, that's good. :P

And the nothing pretty had to do with Alicia again?

**

Nah. You won't kill me. No more fun that way, remember? :P

Yes, I love flashbacks. Especially of the blond kind. :D Subtle, ey?

Well, perhaps the Wraith do indeed have no nipples anymore, because all the Queens bit them off... Dang, did Mullie answer that question? Probably not. All we got was that Todd indeed has his sucker back in EatG. And they didn't put him behind a forcefield, nor in jail. Huh?

Spikey says that 5'10 isn't tall as she's like that herself.

I'm not sure Lilith would make /sense/ before S6, so you might have to wait, and catch the odd vague hint or three before that time.

Ah yes.. you'd be right. *points to the icon used by spikey*

Yes he likes the chase and the catch, and yes the 'nothing pretty' has to do with Alicia.

You're right. I won't kill you. Hmmm, blond flashbacks. *thinks very hard*

LOL - and Ew... fancy the Queens chewing them off. I'm glad that Todd is 'all Wraith' again.

Is Connor really only 5'10"? Having stood next to him, (kinda snugglied) He seems taller than that to me.

Ow, intriguing, then. Vague hints? I'll look for them all!

Yay! I just knew I was gonna get that one correct!

Maybe 'nothing pretty' has softened down a bit by the time you get there? :) *Tries to manipulate the Muse*

Think a bit less hard, it's not that difficult to figure out! Lol.

Yup, everything magically regrew. Now that kind of information leaves you guessing to the Wraith's origin even more. Did they manipulate their own evolution toward this outcome?

I think it says on imdb that he's only 5'10. Perhaps to you, who I think it smaller than him, he looks tall enough, yes. Maybe it's his rep, lol.

In Truth... Freedom: Act 4 - Review part 2

From: [identity profile] gospikey.livejournal.com
The Queen was hungry… under a geas, an interdiction against feeding more than enough to keep her alive, given to her by another Queen.

Ouch, was that her punishment for trying to get away with just giving the Elder Queen directions, or something?

**

"Leave me," she [the Elder Queen] commanded. "I wish to be alone."

So that she perhaps doesn't have to lose face in front of half of her Hive, should Teyla successfully put the whammy on her?

It had nothing to do with the feelings that had flooded her when she was in his arms, or the sensations in her fingertips as she had covered his digits with her own in an almost sensual caress…

Of course it doesn't have anything to do with *that*. I mean, why would it? Why would such a thing have any effect on her whatsoever? Why would that have any effect on any girl at all? He's a *Wraith* for crying out loud. They suck the life out of people, and are happy about it. Anyone *liking* such a thing, a being that does that, is utterly *sick*. Now, where can I get me one?

Todd makes sure Alicia knows that whole 'you're from Atlantis and you can call me Todd' stuff is done as soon as she crosses that line with him. Can't have the Queen hear her go all 'Oh Todd!', right?

"Not any more." The breath continued, and he allowed her to turn in his arms…

And then what? :P My file mysteriously ends there… *g*

"Oh you have got to be kidding me," she said, looking at him in near disgust at what she thought he was saying.

Are we supposed to see her total Michael-plan in what Todd is saying? My mind is blank again, of course… Unless she just wants Michael to help him achieve such evolution thanks to the knowledge that's now in his mind about the Iratus bug?

"We do as she has bidden us, that is what comm—Wraith males do,

Common Wraith? Lol.

=and you will be a plaything for my most trusted drones before you die=

For her drones? Not her faced Wraith, but the Warriors? We always assume those are impotent, though they look well equipped, in multiple ways. ^^

**

Then, exhausted from the effort of everything, he put his head against the bars, and wept.

Ouch! Poor boy!

*Walks up behind him, gently puts her arms around his waste, and puts her head against his back*

"You are the one person in this universe with the power to—" His voice cracked, and this time he could not go on.

Yes? To do what? Should I hang you upside down as to get you to complete that sentence for me? *g*

Unless he's referring to the fact that she's the only one that can save his soul?

**

Varnerin is purring to Teyla, when she's standing on the ledge. Great. Can I ignore that, and imagine Todd purring to Alicia, in her ear?

Urgh. The nerve on that man. I can see both Michael and Teyla killing him in the future, now. Together.

**

McKay said that Teyla had been crying, but was that after her conversation with Varnerin, or after Michael said his goodbyes?

Poor Teyla. That betrayed. Or left alone. Must hurt her. Ah well, it's like Kanaan said, she has a different destiny.

Yes, it was a punishment from the EQ.

**

She definitely doesn't want to lose face... so was cautious in her dealings with Ms. Emmagan, yes.

LOL - I'm not sure where you can get one... I have a couple of my own here that just... turned up in my head one day. LOL

Yes, that's pretty much the meaning of why Todd said that... crossing that line would mean... quite a few changes for our dear Captain. *evil grin*

Everyone's file mysteriously ends there - for now... we'll come back to it. Don't fret.

It's just Vega jumping to conclusions about what /she/ thinks the Queen wants with Michael... but... I guess it goes deeper than that... and yes, it has to do with 'evolution'

He was going to say "Commanders"

Drones - she was trying to be insulting to Teyla, i.e. 'you're not even good enough for me to give to my commanders.'

**

That is actually a /very/ big moment in the story (Michael weeping), for a lot of reasons, and it's just so subtly slipped in there, that I'll bet near everyone will miss it. *grin*

You can /try/ hanging me upside down to make me finish that sentence for you, though you seem to be doing a pretty good job of finishing it yourself. *grin*

**

You can ignore Varnerin at your peril. I said somewhere else, that I think he wants to 'master' Teyla. I think Varnerin did just paint a big bullseye on his chest, yep.

**

McKay just said that she'd been crying. He didn't say why... but she's having a hard time - I think the stuff she's been through would make /anyone/ cry.

Yes, very betrayed, very alone. It hurts her very much... Empathy's a bitch.

Nice punishment... Now I really wonder at what she saw in her head to do such a thing.

**

LOL @ not being totally certain she could take her. And she kinda did lose again, so there goes that face again... *g* Silly girl, it's visible in the entire Hive, when you lose.

Poor girl. Silly green aliens on the brain. And they ain't going nowhere yet!

I can live with no more 'Todd' to his face. (Lol @ EatG!) But I'm sure Alicia will slip up here and there. Definitely when she just walks in the room.

Okay. *Doesn't fret*

Well, ew. I think Todd would beg to differ on her not being good enough, lol. Not that he really knows Teyla, but he's seen her in action, saving butt.

**

Just the fact that he can weep? Or that he's sooo tired of things right now, that he's breaking? Poor boy. Soon, she'll be there for you. We promise. Right?

With the power to keep him from going insane? Like in TLM? That's another approach on it, well, about the same thing.

**

And like I said: ew. Creep.

**

Lol, of course. And now that Michael is 'dead', she has even much less chance of finding her son. And she doesn't suspect that he's at the nebula planet, so...

Uhu. Like Michael and his Queens' betrayals. :(

We may or may not ever know... but you know what the EQ is like. She doesn't like it when people don't do as they're told.

**

She did lose, yes... but only because they carried her away... so that will be her 'excuse'

You can live with it? I'm sure she'll slip up... question is - what /will/ she call him?

*is glad you're not fretting*

**

Both actually. The fact that he /can/ weep, yes... and that he's breaking.

She does indeed have the power to keep him from going insane - she also has the opposite power too... it's a knife edge thing.

**

Varnerin a creep? Hell yes.

And here I was thinking it was supposed to be Godd... to rhyme with Todd.

Yes, that's a good question, but considering the Muse was playing with it earlier, the answer 'soon' kind of springs to mind.

Yes, insane with jealousy or with the loss of her.

Okay, if you say so.

"Oh, Godd..."

Yup, works for me, too. See, the possibilities almost seem endless! :P

How soon is now? Lol. Okay, that means in LG already? And did the Muse manipulate you into putting that scene in Act 3 or which one was the act *before* the one they were definitely going to appear in?

Poor, poor guy. Fool for Love, or what did I call him again? Poor Mikey. He's like Spike, now. Grr.

Reading that part back, I don't even know what I meant anymore, lol. It feels like it's 25°C in the room, even though I went to check and it says 19.3°C. I'm too hot, and my mind wants to sleep because my eyes are getting tired, ew! :D

They'll clear up later on, I hope. Hmm, mom brought pizza from the store, saying it was for today. But then again she also brought something we normally also eat on Saturday or Sunday nights, so who knows what it's gonna be.

Dad is here, I don't want to have pizza with him lying in the room. He'll eat my pizza. :(

*shakes head.* I'm sure there will be a few exclamations of "Oh God..." but not necessarily in that way. LOL

Patience, my good woman, patience.

Nope, not acting like Spike. He's just a little lost right now.

"Every time I thought about the… experiments he must have done to you; to the baby…"

What experiment? Nothing happened! With Teyla, that is… Poor pookey was so schweet with her, truly. As often as he could be.

I just wanted to tear him apart with my bare hands and—"

"Thank you," she interrupted softly.

That 'thanks' sounds a bit odd, after he says he wants to tear apart Michael, and she has been crying her eyes out, possibly about his death? Lol. She must be upset about that…

"At least you do not think that Michael and I—"

Teyla: "Yet, that is…" :-)

"You made that child with Kanaan," he said quietly. "I know you did."

Yes, and it'll only be the next one that I make with Michael…

*Looks at Eiri's Muse if she has thought about that some more…*

Wouldn't he be proud of a daughter? No? Yes, he would be!

**

He was the brother she had always craved.

I wonder how Michael will feel about that. I mean, Teyla will never let him kill Ronon… Perhaps he should approach him with a knife, and cut the dreadlocks off… :P

Solace meaning comfort, or a kind of forgiveness?

**

Vega can feel the fear coming from Michael? Hmm, his hybrids were about all subjected to the same thing, so… He wouldn't like them having turned into chickens in the end… So, was that Todd's lab? And where's the other hybrid during all this? Watching, or did Todd shut the door, again?

Poor Michael.

**

He sighed as he watched patches of flesh beginning to darken, twisting in a way that showed he had not completely suppressed the Iratus radicals in the Queen's DNA.

But he's not completely like the other ones, right? I mean, not like the one that attacked Todd and Alicia, or the ones that melted, no, definitely not those, so perhaps there's hope for him yet?

*Watches Todd take Michael's pulse*

Ah well, there goes Mikey…

**

"He was a good man," she said. "Let us give him a respectful farewell. He would not have wanted us to weep."

Lol, she can't cry for him like that…

Poor Mikey at the stakes… :-( I hope we'll see him again, sooner rather than later.

Yeah, but Ronon doesn't know that, and probably wouldn't believe that, even if he did. That's probably something that should be kept in mind when reading the first Act of LG.

She doesn't want to hear him talking about tearing Michael apart - it hurts her, so distracts him with the thank you...

*Eiri's Muse gives an evil grin and puts her finger to her lips.*

Very proud

**

Teyla and Michael would have had a running battle about Ronon, I'm sure.

Solace - meaning comfort and forgiveness, yes. Meaning 'save me!'

**

Yeah. She feels his fear. Yes, that was Todd's lab. The Hybrid is shut away behind his wall/door.

*hugs Michael*

**

No, nowhere near like the other ones, he definitely didn't melt...

Poor Michael.

**

No, that's right, she can't.

Michael will be... seen - that's all I'll say right now. Not because I'm being mysterious, but because my Muse is a manipulative little bitch.

Okay. Ronon doesn't know anything. Check.

Yes, and thank you for that! ^^

Oh, that gnawty Muse. I hope that's a possible yes on that baby! Next season, perhaps?

**

Poor Teyla, keeping the boys from killing each other.

Consider yourself getting saved? :P

**

I wonder what the hybrid would have done if he saw Michael like that, turning... Would he beg for it to be him instead?

*hugs Michael too*

**

*hugs Michael again*

**

Now, if we fast forward a few months, and then have Michael die, that would break her, right? No problem weeping then!

Seen? Lol, haunting Atlantis and the Wraith... Boo-oooo.

Silly Muse. Be sure to give her a cookie from me, yeah?

Muse - baby, *whistles innocently* What baby...? Next season is a good bet, but... who know when (or if) it will /happen/.

**

She's going to be doing a lot of that, I think.

**

I can't answer the question about the hybrid without creating spoilers.

**

She would break her heart weeping, yes.

LOL at the thought of Michael's ghost haunting Atlantis.

The Muse doesn't need cookies.

Tut tut. Baby, if you want it to happen. A girl. :P Perhaps another son of themselves, later.

**

Hmm, yes, will she try to keep Atlantis safe, where she with him? Especially Ronon still means a lot to her.

**

That's a spoiler? Really? Yippie! My lips shall be sealed, should you decide to type it down on here. *g*

**

Poor girl. Means it's gonna be good, though. :P

Should see Teyla move under her sheet then, should his ghost be in Atlantis. Okay, where did that thought come from, now? Oh boy... Am I almost through the mails? Lol.

Mom baked waffles today. You sure your Muse wouldn't like one? Not that I've tried them yet, but the previous ones weren't bad.

Ronon is like a brother to her.

The answer will come in NWB and not before. Not making spoilers... nope... no way... *claps hands over mouth*

Yeah, it's going to be /very/ good.

*splash* There we go again.

Um, no waffles thanks. My Muse really doesn't need to eat /anything/ else.

Question is: can I wait until NWB? Lol. Perhaps I can. I should give it a shot. Don't wanna have everything come out of you before the acts are there. *g*

Excellent. *g*

Yup, splashing is nice. Should I go wear my bathing suit? Lol.

And there we go, no pizza today, and she addressed dad like he's gonna be there tomorrow, too. I seriously hope they'll call him up so he can go out with his drinking buddies. Urgh.

Brace yourself - this may get long:

One cold winter day last year, I was lazily clicking through channels when I happened upon a distraught man shouting angrily at a cluster of onlookers. Curious, I watched and listened as the character Michael sighed in defeat as a Scottish doctor explained the need for daily injections.

I finished the episode with rapt attention and quickly did several online searches to figure out just what I had seen. And so my interest in Stargate Atlantis developed entirely out of adoration for Michael and his plight.

Naturally, I was displeased with the handling of his character and hungrily sought out fanfiction to lessen my disappointment.

I read gushing reviews of your story and tried to check it out for myself, but was put-off by the enormity of it. I wanted something short and simple to read between (or during) classes.

Then last night, unable to sleep and having finished all the laundry in the house, I decided to read your latest installment....

And was so completely taken by it, I reread it immediately after finishing.

Excellent work and I cannot tell you how amazed I am that not only have you planned this incredible saga and began writing it, but that you have come so far in its production!

I would not have the ambition to begin nor the perseverance to continue.

Thank you very much for this tale and I wish the best in continuing and ultimately completing this epic!

It was very much Michael that kept me watching SGA as well... and I was mortified with the way his character was handled... especially after I was lucky enough to have one or two very intelligent discussions with Connor Trinneer about the character and his own thoughts on Michael.

I'd like to thank you for reading the latest (I'm assuming you mean In Truth... Freedom) and hope to see you around as I progress through this journey.

I never thought I'd come this far, but I've gotten my teeth into it now, and can't actually picture myself stopping.

Thanks for the encouragement.

What an extraordinary chapter. I have to say that your fight scenes are magnificent. The fight scene between Michael, Todd and with the Queen there was mezmerizing.

As always I read it more than once; and as always I am a lousy reviewer. This time I do have an excuse--I've been under the weather. I think it's the Santa Ana winds (dry, high pressure winds) that are sucking my brain through my nose. Translation: I am light headed and my nose is running. :(

Thanks. Actually I find fight scenes to be among some of the more difficult things to write... they do tend to get written with my eyes closed.

Hopefully you're feeling better now... and that those Santa Ana winds are leaving you alone.

**squeal** It's been a few days since I finished reading all of this episode so I might not remember everything I wanted to comment on, but I know I love it.

Love the Michael and Vega scenes . . . **trying not to ship them**

Yay! Love the Todd/Vega scenes even more! "She just didn't want to be stuck on the Hive without him." <--Love, love this scene and how Vega said "Well then, like I said, we've got to get the hell away from here." **grins** I want more scenes like this in future episodes. :P

Oh, and I love that Teyla took on the Queen.

And you better fix my Michael back to his . . . handsomely self or whatever Todd did to him.

And, while I should have been writing some of my story **cringes at the thought of Spikey and what she might do about me not working on it** . . . I wrote a Todd/Vega drabble instead. Just need to type and polish it up. I might be able to snag the computer from my brother tomorrow before heading off to work.

I could almost hear the squea all the way over here in England. I'm glad you love it. I think you'll love the flashback and another scene in act 2 of Letting Go even more.

You would ship Michael and Vega? *blinks*

More scenes like panicky Vega in future episodes. *evil grin* okay, we'll see what we can do.

You /know/ that Teyla's always gonna try and take on the Queen... especially as thing - progress.

Fix Michael - hmmm - it'll be a while... and I can't promise instant perfection, but...

Spikey has my Muse's whip you know? She's been using it on me, but Ooooh, a Todd/Vega drabble. I want to see it. :) (I really have created a 'monster' - LOL)
