Wait... Wait... Wait...
Sep. 26th, 2008 08:07 pmPlease, Muse, don't inundate me with things that have nothing to do with the part I'm on... I can't make notes and write at the same time... argh!
I have a book review to post too... I want to get that done some time this weekend. Several things I want to get done actually, but whether I will or not is entirely up for debate. It's been one of those weeks where right now, all I want to do is go... hibernate or something... catch up with myself, or at least catch my breath.
And while we're on the subject of breath (or at least wind)... did you know that "Flowers can be pollinated by incest or the wind." LOL. I had to share that little snippet from when I was marking my books the other day.
And did I say that I got 'Good with elements of outstanding' in my performance management grading?

Grats on that management thing that I don't know what it is...
Meh. I want a Hybrid Mike picture, but that involves taking one down, and then there's the Todd one that needs urgent replacing... Meh again.

Date: 2008-09-27 03:35 am (UTC)LOL - the performance management is where someone from the senior management of the school, usually the head or assistant head, comes to watch you teaching and grades how well you do. The most desirable grade of course is outstanding, and the least is unsatisfactory. So 'good with elements of outstanding' is pretty darned awesome. Only one thing could be better and that would be a straight 'outstanding,' but gradings like that are rare as rocking horse sh1t.
You should change your pictures if you need to. I do it all the time. Not that you'd know, but...
