I'm just waiting for my next professional review. You know, that moment when they ask you what your goals are for the next six, twelve months... however long between these days. 'To be appreciated,' will be my answer. I mean, I know I laugh and joke about it... and I do /know/ that my work is valued, but every once in a while, you know, it would be nice to hear it. Even a simple 'thank you.' Hell even an acknowledgement of /any/ kind. Would it be so hard?
