Panto was good - emotional at times, especially for someone that came to watch as well. Beauty and the Beast is not really pantomime material, it's far too serious a story, so it was interesting to see how they blended those two together. They didn't do too badly.
The conversation in question that made us get emotional:
Beauty - "...show some compassion!"
Beast - "Why should I show compassion to a world that has shown none to me?"
Yeah, it's one of those words...
So then on the way back from the Theatre - well, what's the one thing you never expect to happen when you're on the way back from a school trip? Yes that's right, for the bus driver to get pulled over by the cops. Yep, it happened... he went through a red light. *Shakes head*
