Does one have to be a member to click on them all? I clicked on them anyway, but am not a member. Is this like the dragons that need to be clicked on to grow?
Thanks for clicking. No, I don't believe you have to be a member so that's cool. And no again, :) It's not like the dragons, the horses are developed and 'paid for' by spending crystals to add what you would like to their base... when they breed their little light-babies take a year to grow, and you grow them by advancing your chronometer by the required number of seasons.
It's very cool... very artistic and creative. You should give it a try. :)
The horses don't die. They don't even require clicks, though it's good that they /do/ get clicked because you get one cristal for each click, but it only happens once. As Eiri said, the horses are a base color: red, green or blue. You breed them for color and then you can spend 50 shards for each thing you want to add. Let your stable sit for two weeks (you get 30 shards a day for not even trying) and you can buy a horse and make it beautiful all you like.
When you breed, the horse starts as a crystal, then grows into a yearling, but you have to buy the items for each horse, they don't transfer over. Still a very artsy game that requires hardly any attention. In fact, the more you leave it alone, the better, you can do more all at once that way.
If you do join, make sure you put in cedargrove as the person who sent you, she'll get more shards that way. She did not do that kindness to me. ;p
