The next line was spoken by Landry and was I didn't call you in, Doctor

However, it was also spoken by McKay in Spoils of War
And in that case was followed by another sentence by McKay (I think it's safe to assume that he'd know we were monitoring that frequency.), followed by Sheppard saying You think he's sending us a message?

The Talking One says this a /lot/, so you probably don't mean in Todd's episode, where the Talking One also has the next line of... Well.. something about Todd reactivating it and knowing that they'd be monitoring that frequency.

I seem to remember hearing it out of the Doctor's accent once or twice though... but usually it's the Talking One who says it.
