At a certain point for each of us, talk evaporates and words cannot bring Love into the open.

In a lot of ways I'm one of those old fashioned in-the-country-show-love-by-doing kind of people anyway... especially of late, as I don't do so well with talking these days. I try not to let myself be misunderstood, but I don't often phrase things the way I mean them and stuff gets taken wrong... so it's far easier for me to show love by cooking a nice meal (apparently my smashed taters are good), or doing the housework, or washing the laundry, or running to get something or do something that I know the person could do themselves, but... well I'm there and I can as easily do it...

By much the same token I'm a touchy feely kind of person. To me a hug says more than a thousand words, a kiss more so still... The comfort of a caring-love can be the touch of a hand on you arm or shoulder... or I'll hold your hand...

But that's just me.

Tonight, I'm looking forward to an evening of taking it easy, playing Wii fit games and whatever else comes of the evening.
