"We're much more efficient when our system is working."

I'm getting a little bit frustrated with my agency right now... the last couple of days has been a confusion of misinformation, or no information at all.

Still don't know about a cover position at one school. Finally find out today that I'm not wanted at the school I've been at tomorrow, and then get told there's work for Thursday when I'm already /booked/ for Thursday. I understand they've had problems with their computer system lately but, please... please I wish they would get their act together.

It doesn't inspire confidence.
