I Thought It Had Stopped

But I was wrong...

Goodness knows how much snow there will be on the ground come morning... I can't remember the last time I saw this much settled snow here. Ah, my learning curve continues...

Snow's Gone...

...though Dad seems to think we will have more. It's damn cold. The white stuff lay on the ground all day until it started to rain around about home time. It was a mostly uneventful day today, with the only excitement being at playtime when I braved the ice-rink that was the playground to stop the little boy who decided he hated school from absconding. My colleagues were, apparently, watching from the staffroom window, taking bets with each other as to whether I would fall flat on my arse... lol... I'm glad to be entertainment.
