The virus threat... The talk... everything out... and a missing person.
That was our day.
This morning we had three separate emails that looked legitimate until you realised that the attachments were not in fact documents or copies of the emails, but actually .pif So naturally those all got deleted - Wicked... tricksy... /false/!
W. finally caught up to us, though actually she wasn't at all confrontational - quite the opposite actually. She was apologetic that she had to say anything at all, and what she did say was, "please don't do that to me again." It's the school board of governors that are objecting. I can understand that, I guess. Anyway, we then sat in her office and had a good old chat about the reasons for such frequent visits, the problems of distance relationships, the unfairness of inequality for people that are not in heterosexual relationships and such like...
Then we finally got round to talking about the reason for me going to talk to her in the first place. The mystery of the missing pupil. And he is just that. /Missing/. We're now all beside ourselves with worry, poor lamb. It all makes sense of so much... W. sent out feelers to /all/ the people she can to find him, his mom, and his twin sisters, but to no avail. Needless to say we're working closely with the police and family/social services to try and find them and help them out.
*sighs* Poor thing.
