Had terrible trouble with the laptop this morning. Telling me it was not a mountable drive again, and then having other errors while it was running in Safemode. I really dunno quite what to do. It's not that old, out of warranty of course, but I wouldn't have thought that a drive or controller or whatever the hell is causing the problem would get sick so soon, (about 18mo). I've mailed Dell but they say I have to call them, and it's a premium rate number that I'm not about to call from the US, so I guess my options are rather limited. I'll just have to keep on chugging along... getting it to limp along with me.

Obviously it's working right now, but I have no idea when it's going to decide it doesn't want to work any more. *sighs*
